This research aimed to examine the dynamics of changes in sprint and long jump performance and the age of gender divergence in well-trained young athletes specialising in athletics. Data were collected from 1249 male and 1497 female athletes aged 10 to 15 years who participated in the final round of the annual national athletics tournament "Shipovka Yunykh" from 2017 to 2019. The top 50 results in each age group for the 60-metre sprint and long jump were analysed.

In recent years, the perennial herbaceous plant miscanthus has attracted particular interest as a popular industrial plant with enormous potential.

Systems with a fraction of a dispersed phase of a cellulose solution in NMMO up to 40% are characterized by the formation of fibrillar morphology. The fibrils created as the mixed solution is forced through the capillary take on a more regular order as the cellulose content in the system drops.

For a long time, chemotherapy was the only systemic treatment for TNBC, and the identification of actionable molecular targets might ultimately improve the prognosis for TNBC patients. We performed a genome-wide analysis of DNA methylation at CpG islands on a collection of one hundred ten breast carcinoma samples and six normal breast tissue samples using reduced representation bisulfite sequencing with the XmaI restriction enzyme (XmaI-RRBS) and identified a subset of TNBC samples with significant hypomethylation at the genes' CpG islands, including CpG dinucleotides covered with cg12853742 and cg21886367 HumanMethylation 450K microarray probes.

Based on the morphological and rheological features of the system, the temperature-concentration range of spinnability of mixed solutions was determined, and composite fibers were spun. The fibers are characterized by a heterogeneous fibrillar texture.
