The nutritional composition of taro was accessed to select nutritional-rich genotypes using, additive main-effects and multiplicative interactions (AMMI), weighted average absolute scores (WAAS), best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP), genotype plus genotype × environment interaction (GGE) biplots, and multi-trait selection index (MTSI). The AMMI1 and AMMI2 biplots identified 11CE, 1CE, and 13CE as stable genotypes. 13CE, 8CE, and 24CE are stable as per the WAAS biplot.

Introduction: A long-term engagement (LTE) intervention was embedded in a social marketing campaign aimed at motivating quit attempts among Canadian adult commercial tobacco users 35 to 64 years of age. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness and appeal of LTE within a marketing campaign.

Methods: 3,199 Canadians who smoked cigarettes aged 35-64 recruited using Facebook and Instagram advertisements were randomized into Intervention and Control groups.

Wild rice and nanoparticles offer promising strategies to enhance Cd tolerance, yet little is known about their combined effects.
