Chemical movement through soil is an important process in agriculture and ecology. Observing the spatial and temporal dynamics of these processes using conventional chemical ecology methods requires techniques that are destructive and/or lack resolution. Neutron radiography has the capability to allow chemical motion through sand/soil to be tracked with high spatial and temporal resolution, and we show that it allows for the motion of hydrophobic and hydrophilic chemicals to be distinguished.

Low incidence rates of this condition, paired with its unusual presentation and ambiguous radiological appearance, commonly lead to diagnostic uncertainty. This pathology can result in significant morbidity and mortality, emphasising the need to achieve early diagnosis and management despite these challenges.

When RCTs are not feasible, large observational data sets emerge as a pivotal resource, though these data sets may be subject to bias and unmeasured confounding. Traditional statistical (or non-causal) learning methods, while useful, face limitations in fully uncovering causal effects, i.

Introduction: To determine the drivers and barriers to flourishing for clinical health professions students through a review of peer-reviewed literature.
Methods: Articles were analyzed in Scopus, PubMed, and EBSCOHost and hand-searched education journals through May 2024 describing flourishing among clinical health professions students. Whittemore and Knafl's integrative approach was used, and quality was assessed by the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool.
Background: Mass spectrometry methods are emerging as tools to detect M-proteins in the serum of multiple myeloma patients with increased sensitivity and specificity compared to traditional electrophoretic methods.
Methods: A liquid handling system, the Agilent AssayMAP Bravo, with liquid chromatography high-resolution quadrupole-time-of-flight (LC-QTOF) mass spectrometry to analyze intact light chains was compared to immunofixation electrophoresis (IFE) for M-protein analysis. 210 patient serum samples were analyzed in a split sample comparison (LC-QTOF vs.
