Glycosylated RNAs (glycoRNAs) have recently emerged as a new class of molecules of substantial interest owing to their potential roles in cellular processes and diseases. However, studying glycoRNAs is challenging owing to the lack of effective research tools including, but not limited to, imaging techniques to study the spatial distribution of glycoRNAs. Recently, we reported the development of a glycoRNA imaging technique, called sialic acid aptamer and RNA in situ hybridization-mediated proximity ligation assay (ARPLA), to visualize sialic acid-containing glycoRNAs with high sensitivity and specificity.

The transient plane source (TPS) method heat transfer model was established. A body-fitted coordinate system is proposed to transform the unstructured grid structure to improve the speed of solving the heat transfer direct problem of the winding probe. A parallel Bayesian optimization algorithm based on a multi-objective hybrid strategy (MHS) is proposed based on an inverse problem.

This study aimed to analyze the clinical manifestations of human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) infection within 100 days after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) and to investigate the association of HHV-6 viral load with clinical outcomes as well as the effect of antiviral treatment on the course of HHV-6 infection. This retrospective study included patients who tested positive for HHV-6 within 100 days after allo-HSCT at the Peking University Institute of Hematology from February 2016 to February 2023. The study analyzed the patients' baseline characteristics, including age and transplantation type, as well as their clinical manifestations.

Background: The association between sleep quality and depressive symptoms was established, which could be varied by some mediators. Muscle strength might be a potential mediator for this association. The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating role of muscle strength in the relationship between sleep quality and depressive symptoms among the older individuals with or without dynapenia.

Background: Adoptive therapy with umbilical cord blood (UCB) T-regulatory (Treg) cells can prevent graft vs. host disease (GVHD). We hypothesize that UCB Tregs can treat GVHD and synergize with ruxolitinib, Jak2 inhibitor, to improve outcomes.
