[Modern computer data base "necropsy protocol": potential and prospects].

Basic principles in developing computer variant of necropsy protocol with wide illustrative possibilities are presented. Perspectives in the use of this information base for research and practice and for teaching the staff of the research and clinical institutions are demonstrated.

[Two cases of fibromuscular dysplasia of the aorta (intimal hyperplasia)].

Two cases of this rare disease are described: in a 8-year-old girl and in a 6-year-old boy. In the former case there was a combination of a widespread damage to the aorta and coronary arteries while in the latter case intimal proliferation of the renal region of the aorta with stenosis of the renal arteries orifice were observed. Immunohistochemistry in this case showed intimal thickening in FMD to have a similar structure as in other processes.

[Cardiac myxoma recurrence with the formation of tumors in both atria].

A case of heart myxoma recurrence 1.5 years after the removal of the left atrium primary tumour is described. Recurring tumour was represented by myxoma of both atria which was removed as a single block with a part of the interventricular septum.

[Hemangioma of the heart].

A rare observation of a cardiac benign tumour haemangioma in 17-year-old male is presented. The tumour was located in the exitus aperture of the right ventricle, originated from the interventricular septum, prolapsed into the lumen and narrowed it. Successful resection of the tumour was performed.
