Objective: To know, analyze and compare kidney transplant programs; considering the survival of recipients at 1 and 5 years, from hospitals in Mexico.

Method: A systematic review was carried out whose search focused on the survival of kidney transplant recipients. All publications found in PubMed and Google from 1963 to 2021 were included.
