Fazzi Associates began recruiting agencies to participate in a one-year study and later, for those interested, in a national benchmark service. What happened was nothing short of amazing. The response clearly showed how hungry home care leaders were for objective, valid comparative benchmark information on key performance indicators on all aspects of an agency's operation.
