Background In the United Kingdom, diagnostic delay remains a challenge in axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA). Psoriasis is a frequently identified extra-musculoskeletal manifestation associated with axSpA. In this study, we aimed to determine the prevalence of inflammatory back pain (IBP) in psoriasis patients at a specialized psoriasis dermatology clinic in a London NHS Trust.
