Methods: We analyzed the differential expression of genes (DEGs) in the stable COL28 overexpression HK-2 cell lines by RNA-sequencing analysis, before which Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gene and Genomes (KEGG) analyses were performed.
