Purpose: To assess T1 mapping performance in distinguishing between benign and malignant breast lesions and to explore its correlation with histopathologic features in breast cancer.

Methods: This study prospectively enrolled 103 participants with a total of 108 lesions, including 25 benign and 83 malignant lesions. T1 mapping, diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), and dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) were performed.

Podocytes are an integral part of the glomerular filtration barrier. Many genes are already known to be essential for podocyte survival, structure and function, but there are more podocyte essential genes to be identified. By single-cell RNA-seq of mouse podocytes, we detected the expression of gene encoding MCC regulator of WNT signaling pathway (MCC) in majority of the podocytes and speculated that MCC is essential for podocytes.

Monodisperse silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were facilely loaded on the inner and outer surface of hierarchical wrinkled mesoporous silica (WMSs) via an in situ chemical reduction, and the antibacterial capacity of the obtained nanocomposite was investigated in detail. Typical sulfydryl-functionalized wrinkled mesoporous silica nanoparticle with radical pore channels was firstly prepared through sol-gel technique with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as the templating surfactant. After sulfonation of the as-prepared WMSs, Ag(+) ions were then densely locked up on the inner and outer surface of WMSs via electrostatic interactions.
