Ovarian cell tumor in a child with neurofibromatosis type 1.

Juvenile granulosa cell ovarian tumor is a rare cause ofpseudo-precociouspuberty. We report a case of a 6-year-old female with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), associated with pseudo-precocious puberty (PPP). A thorough workup revealed a large multi-cystic right ovarian mass, which turned out to be a juvenile granulosa cell tumor (JGCT).
