[Sarcomatoid carcinoma in a patient with Sjögren's syndrome].

Sarcomatoid carcinoma is an extremely rare small bowel tumor whose clinical manifestations are insidious and nonspecific, ranging from diffuse abdominal pain to gastrointestinal bleeding or intestinal occlusion. Thus, diagnostic delay is highly common with poor treatment outcome and prognosis. To date, only 20 cases have been reported in the literature.
