Purpose: Report a case of hypertensive chorioretinopathy with massive bilateral serous retinal detachment in a young patient with chronic kidney disease.
Methods: Observational case report.
Results: An 18-year-old man with Grade 5 chronic kidney disease, systemic high blood pressure, secondary acute pulmonary edema, and acute uremic syndrome was referred to our service complaining of bilateral decreased vision starting one week ago.
