Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare ocular dimensions, corneal curvature, and corneal thickness between horses affected with hereditary equine regional dermal asthenia (HERDA) and unaffected horses.

Animals: Five HERDA-affected quarter horses and five healthy control quarter horses were used.
