Hepatic angiomyolipoma is an uncommon primary benign epithelial liver neoplasm. Most patients with angiomyolipomas are middle-aged women who commonly present with epigastric fullness or pain. Angiomyolipomas are tumors consisting of three tissue types: blood vessels, smooth muscle, and fat.
