They may become nonresponders to the drug or present with severe side effects. Purpose: Tethered cord syndrome encompasses a group of clinical symptoms caused by abnormal spinal cord fixation. We evaluated a select cohort of patients with primary tethered cord syndrome in regard to urodynamic and clinical outcome after cord release.

Eosinophilic cystitis (EC) is an uncommon form of bladder inflammation. It is a rare disorder in children and fewer than 25 cases have been described in the literature. We report a case of eosinophilic cystitis mimicking a bladder tumor in a 3 year-old girl with symptoms of urinary frequency.
