- - Twenty-five hands were dissected, revealing this ligament in every case, along with measurements taken for size and position, and analyses conducted via histology and ultrasound.
- - The results showed that this ligamentous structure stabilizes the metacarpal heads, particularly at the second and fourth spaces, by limiting excessive movement (hyperabduction).
