Aim: The aim of the study is to investigate the impairment of diastolic function of the left ventricle (LV) and the right ventricle (RV) in arterial hypertension outpatients.
Materials And Methods: Arterial hypertension patients (n = 299) and practically healthy people (n = 62) were examined on an outpatient basis. Echocardiographically, diastolic dysfunctions of both ventricles were evaluated.
Background: To investigate the correlation of reproductive tract infections (RTI) and endogenous vaginal flora at first antenatal consultation with placental histological inflammation.
Methods: In a follow-up study, 154 low risk women with no miscarriage risk factors were examined for the presence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas vaginalis, Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis, Gardnerella vaginalis, Streptococcus agalactiae (GBS), Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis (GDS) and bacterial vaginosis (BV). At delivery, outcome data were collected and the histology of the placenta was studied.

The paper addresses a problem of constructing a composite plan for a medical treatment on the basis of hierarchical morphological approach, multicriteria ranking, and morphological clique problem. The approach consists of the following phases: (a) hierarchical description of the medical plan; (b) generation of local alternative actions; (c) multicriteria selection of the local actions; and (d) composition of the best local actions into the global composite medical plan. An illustrative numerical example for children asthma describes the problem and solving processes.
