Objective: To identify relational and organizational barriers related to the production of care and to map strategies and tools that favor comprehensive care.
Methods: Scoping review of Brazilian publications from 2008 to 2018, related to the production of care in Primary Health Care. From the 348 studies found in the Virtual Health Library, 30 made up the final sample.

Objectives: to understand how the therapeutic itineraries of people affected by leprosy are processed.
Methods: this is a descriptive, qualitative study, conducted in April 2018 in Barão de Grajaú in Maranhão, with interviews in the form of narratives of seven patients who had a late leprosy diagnosis.
Results: the search for diagnosis is a major difficulty in accessing health services, resulting in a late diagnosis and, consequently, with the presence of visible deformities.
The relationship between poverty and healthcare is evident in Brazilian society, constituting one of the faces of the inequalities resulting from a perverse social context. Focusing specifically on primary healthcare, this review of the literature on health policy highlights the tensions between the social question, social rights, and current austerity policies, and the latter's effects on healthcare for the poorest segments of the population. The 1988 Constitution represents a social pact that goes against the principles of austerity policies imposed by neoliberalism.

The objective of this paper is to analyse the participation of current health councils in a city in the north-eastern of Brazil and its relationship with local political culture. The following theoretical presumption served as starting point: The practices adopted by health councils initiate a new institution that involves new social actors - the users - in the public sphere. The process of democratisation in the Brazilian society expands this sphere and leads to a confrontation of traditional and democratic political cultures.

The article approaches the comprehension of professionals that act in the mental health area about the movement of construction of social participation in the health system of Fortaleza, Ceará State. The methodology adopted is based upon qualitative approach. The study was developed with semi-structured interviews with 17 mental health professionals of the city above mentioned.
