'Don't Assume, Ask': A Collaboration With Consumers, Interpreters, Clinicians and Health Service Staff to Increase Video Telehealth in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Groups.

Objective: We aimed to understand gaps in telehealth use across culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) populations in a metropolitan Australian setting and elicit solutions to support inclusive telehealth-delivered care.

Methods: Three workshops (one in-person, two online) were conducted with purposefully recruited consumers (N = 6, including 2 who were also interpreters; representing six different language and cultural backgrounds) and clinical and nonclinical staff (N = 14) between July and October 2022. Audio-recordings and notes were analysed using inductive thematic analysis to identify barriers and potential solutions for including CALD consumers in telehealth appointments.

Methods: Here we report findings on the primary and secondary objectives of the safety, reactogenicity, and humoral immunogenicity of the quadrivalent mRNA vaccine, mRNA-1010, versus licensed standard-dose and high-dose quadrivalent influenza vaccines from a three-part, phase 3 clinical trial in adults aged ≥18 years (Part A), 18-64 years (Part B), and ≥ 65 years (Part C) (NCT05827978).

Results: A single 50-μg dose of mRNA-1010 elicited hemagglutination inhibition titers against vaccine-matched strains that were statistically noninferior and superior to licensed standard-dose and high-dose egg-based quadrivalent vaccine comparators.

Purpose: To create tridimensional (3D) anatomical models of diaphyseal fractures in dogs (3D AMDFD) and to evaluate the models from their radiographs.

Methods: The study consisted of six stages: preparation of femur from a healthy dog cadaver; digitalization of the bone through a 3D scanner and creation of the base model; creation of a 3D AMDFD based on the image of the base model, 3D modeling carried out to reproduce five different types of diaphyseal fractures; printing the models produced on a 3D printer with a thermoplastic material; insertion of neodymium magnets in the fracture line to allow the assembly and disassembly of the parts; and radiography of 3D AMDFD in lateromedial and craniocaudal positions.

Methods: The study was conducted in three phases: development of 3D MPFDF; radiographic examination of the 3D MPFDF; and comparative analysis of the anatomical and radiographic features of the 3D MPFDF.
