Objective: To describe and evaluate postoperative care after degenerative cervical spine surgery among spine surgeons in France.
Hypothesis: The postoperative management after degenerative cervical spine surgery varies considerably depending on the team caring for the patient. Based on a national survey, we aimed at providing trends and guidelines regarding the following points: 1/ clinical follow-up and postoperative imaging, 2/ the place and role of bracing after surgery, 3/ driving recommendation and 4/ return to sports activities after such surgery.

The molecular design is constructed on the general donor-spiro-acceptor architecture, which consists of connecting, via a spiro bridge, a donor and an acceptor units in order to avoid strong interaction between them. The DMB fragment is known for many electronic applications (notably Aggregation-Induced Emission) but has not been used yet for SL-PhOLED applications.

Flow cytometry is a key clinical tool in the diagnosis of many hematologic malignancies and traditionally requires close inspection of digital data by hematopathologists with expert domain knowledge. Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) are transferable to flow cytometry and have the potential to improve efficiency and prioritization of cases, reduce errors, and highlight fundamental, previously unrecognized associations with underlying biological processes. As a multidisciplinary group of stakeholders, we review a range of critical considerations for appropriately applying AI to clinical flow cytometry, including use case identification, low and high risk use cases, validation, revalidation, computational considerations, and the present regulatory frameworks surrounding AI in clinical medicine.

Methods: Following collaborative and prioritization techniques, a scientific committee generated statements addressing possible barriers to optimal OIC management (related to patients, health providers and health care system), and potential interventions to overcome these barriers.

Objective: To determine the impact of switching from the predictive low glucose suspend (PLGS) system to the advanced hybrid Tandem Control-IQ system on glucometrics and glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c) at one year. To assess the impact on the quality of life perceived by parents.
Method: Prospective study in 71 patients aged 6-18 years with type 1 diabetes (DM1), in treatment with PLGS, who switched to an advanced hybrid system.
Objectives: Quantification of direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) plasma levels can guide clinical management, but insight into clinical scenarios surrounding DOAC-calibrated anti-FXa assays is limited.
Methods: Apixaban- and rivaroxaban-calibrated chromogenic anti-Xa assays performed over a 1-year period were retrospectively analyzed. Patient demographics, DOAC history, concomitant medications, and renal/liver comorbidities were obtained.
