Article Synopsis
  • The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of a non-fluoroscopic ablation method for atrial fibrillation (AF) and supraventricular arrhythmias (SVTs), using intracardiac echo (ICE) and 3D-mapping.
  • Out of 95 patients, successful pulmonary vein isolation and targeted ablation were achieved without any complications, such as pericardial effusions or thrombotic issues.
  • The results indicate that this radiation-free technique is both safe and effective, demonstrating that successful ablation can occur without the use of fluoroscopy.
