Objectives: To assess the effect of inter-proximal enamel reduction (IPR) on interradicular bone volume and incisal inclination in patients undergoing clear aligner therapy (CAT).
Materials And Methods: The study sample consisted of 60 cases which underwent orthodontic CAT, in a private clinic in Dammam, KSA. A total of 120 CBCT scans (60 pre-treatment and 60 post- treatment) were measured using the CS 3D Imaging software to examine bone volume (using height, width, and depth of the interproximal area) and incisal inclination.

- A study was conducted to assess the levels of interleukin-17A, interleukin-1 beta, and interleukin-18 in the saliva of patients with celiac disease on a gluten-free diet, both with and without periodontitis, compared to healthy individuals.
- Results showed that while periodontal health was better in celiac disease patients on a gluten-free diet, there were no significant differences in the interleukin levels between them and healthy controls, although those with periodontitis had elevated levels.
- The study found significant negative correlations between serum IgA levels and measures of dental plaque and gum health in celiac patients on a gluten-free diet, indicating a link between immune system responses and oral health.
Orthodontic Elastics: A Multivariable Analysis of YouTube Videos.

Background/purpose: Whether YouTube videos contain precise and adequate information on certain orthodontic procedures remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the content and quality of YouTube videos on orthodontic elastics and identify the predictors of high-level content YouTube videos.
Materials And Methods: Two hundred YouTube videos were screened for eligibility, and after applying the inclusion criteria, 133 videos were excluded.

Methods: An online cross-sectional study that targeted senior undergraduate dental students at the College of Dentistry was conducted. A closed-ended survey consisting of 28 questions was designed.
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate dental anxiety (DA) screening and management practices among dental professionals in Saudi Arabia. The study also evaluated correlation between patients' self-reported DA and dentists' ratings of patients' DA.
