- Results showed that PYP significantly reduced liver enzyme levels (ALT and AST), lowered liver damage markers (malondialdehyde), and improved antioxidant activity (superoxide dismutase) in the liver.
- Histological analysis indicated that PYP mitigated liver necrosis and reduced inflammation, suggesting its protective mechanism involves scavenging free radicals and enhancing antioxidant defenses.
