In this study, we investigated the trophodynamics of OPFRs and their metabolites in a subtropical coastal food web collected from the northern Beibu Gulf, China, and characterized their trophodynamics using fugacity- and biotransformation-based approaches. Eleven OPFRs and all seven metabolites were simultaneously quantified in the shellfish, crustacean, pelagic fish, and benthic fish samples, with total concentrations ranging from 164 to 4.
