Introduction: Since the Sars-Cov-2 pandemic, the working conditions of professional caregivers have tougher. This has lead to an increased desire to leave the profession. Since thoughts of leaving are influenced by factors such as ability to work and the relationship between effort and reward, both should be recorded and examined in relation to the desire to leave the profession.

COVID-19 pandemic in Berlin and Brandenburg - A hospital survey from nursing management perspective During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is unclear how hospitals in the federal states of Berlin and Brandenburg are structured with regard to structural adaptions, personnel situations, protective equipment and trainings. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to evaluate and compare the current status of all hospitals in both states. In April 2020, an online survey of all hospitals in Berlin and Brandenburg (n = 99) was carried out.
