Dynamic functional connectivity (DFC) has shown promise in the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). However, extracting highly discriminative information from the complex DFC matrix remains a challenging task. In this paper, we propose an ASD classification framework PSA-FCN which is based on time-aligned DFC and Prob-Sparse Self-Attention to address this problem.

Among them, bio-based elastomers have gained tremendous attention for their inherent softness, high strain, and resilience. In this review, the recent progress of representative bio-based elastomers derived from molecular building blocks and biopolymers are recapitulated, with an emphasis on molecular design, synthesis approaches, and mechanical performance.

Given the complexities of soil interactions, particularly under variable geological conditions, this approach incorporates nonlinear behaviors and empirical field data to improve accuracy. Our findings reveal that integrating these theoretical frameworks significantly enhances the understanding of stress-strain behavior during grouting, enabling precise calculations of both axial and vertical expansion.

Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is defined as structural and functional cardiac abnormalities in diabetes, and cardiomyocyte death is the terminal event of DCM. Ferroptosis is iron-dependent oxidative cell death. Evidence has indicated that iron overload and ferroptosis play important roles in the pathogenesis of DCM.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA novel, to our knowledge, approach for generating optical pulses with programmable positions in an actively mode-locked (AML) optical cavity is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. In the AML, active mode locking occurs when the cavity gain exceeds one, and the cavity round trip time equals integer multiples of the repetition period of the electrical driving signal. The generated optical pulses are present at the positions where the optical cavity operates at its maximum transmission points.

Risk factors for predicting overall survival (OS) in advanced stage CRC patients are crucial, and constructing a prognostic nomogram model is a scientific method for survival analysis.
Methods: A total of 2956 advanced stage CRC patients were randomised into training and validation groups at a 7:3 ratio.
Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-based therapies have emerged as promising methods for regenerative medicine; however, how to precisely enhance their tissue repair effects is still a major question in the field. Circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from diseased states carry diverse pathological information and affect the functions of recipient cells. Based on this unique property, we report that disease-derived circulating EV (disease-EV) preconditioning is a potent strategy for precisely enhancing the tissue repair potency of MSCs in diverse disease models.

Background: The treatment for papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) is controversial. Central lymph node metastasis (CLNM) is one of the main predictors of recurrence and survival, accurate preoperative identification of CLNM is essential for surgical protocol establishment for PTMC. The objective of this study was to establish a nomogram to predict the possibility of CLNM in PTMC patients.

In response to the presence of bandwidth constraints and mixed cyber-attacks in USV communication networks, this paper proposes an improved set-membership state estimation algorithm based on BCS. This algorithm partially addresses the problem of degraded performance in USV steering motion state estimation caused by mixed cyber-attacks and bandwidth constraints.

Objectives: In a preclinical model of PN in neonatal piglets, Vegaven was tested for efficacy and safety and compared with a mixed-oil lipid emulsion containing fish oil (SMOFlipid).
Methods: Male piglets 4-5 d old were randomly allocated to isocaloric isonitrogenous PN for 14 d, which varied only by the type of lipid emulsion (Vegaven, n = 8; SMOFlipid, n = 8).
Bovine mastitis is an infectious disease that causes substantial economic losses to the dairy industry worldwide. Current antibiotic therapy faces issues of antibiotic misuse and antimicrobial resistance, which has aroused concerns for both veterinary and human medicine. Thus, this study explored the potential of Colo EVs (bovine colostrum-derived extracellular vesicles) to address mastitis.

To expand the reliability of interferometry technology, this paper proposes a random two-frame algorithm with high accuracy, high robustness, and immunity to tilt phase-shift. This method uses the equivalence of inter-frame phase-shift and intra-frame phase difference to mine light intensity pixels carrying new phase-shift from different images. Then, the linear random phase-shift plane is fitted by least squares, and the inverse tangent relationship is used to obtain a high-precision phase distribution.

Alpha-1,6-Mannosylglycoprotein 6-β-N-Acetylglucosaminyltransferase 5 (MGAT5) is a key regulator of complex N-glycan synthesis, and its dysregulation is associated with cancer progression. The lectin Phaseolus vulgaris leukoagglutinin (PHA-L) specifically binds to mature MGAT5 products.

Dry processing emerges as a cost-effective technique for achieving high material loading in the field of lithium-ion battery fabrication. Nevertheless, insight into the role of current collectors in this process is still scarce. Herein, a set of dry-processed electrodes with three different current collectors is accordingly prepared and comprehensively studied.

Objective: The purpose of our study was to evaluate an HPV DNA test-Cobas HPV assay-in diagnosing HPV+ OPC through neck lymph node aspiration.
In this manuscript, a simple one-pot heat-up method has been used to prepare multi-component copper-tin-sulfur nanomaterials, including binary CuS, ternary CuSnS, and CuS/CuSnS nanocrystals by varying the reaction temperature, reaction time, and the type of copper source. Post-synthetic ligand exchange (LE) has further been introduced to replace the long-chain ligands originating from 1-dodecanethiol. It has been found that the LE process not only changes the surface ligands but also significantly affects the crystal structure and optical properties of nanocrystals.

To address the issue that traditional fault diagnosis methods often struggle to effectively extract fault features, this paper proposes a novel rolling bearing fault diagnosis method that integrates Gramian Angular Field (GAF), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), and Vision Transformer (ViT). First, GAF is used to convert one-dimensional vibration signals from sensors into two-dimensional images, effectively retaining the fault features of the vibration signal.
