Objectives: To compare cost, hospital-related outcomes, and mortality between angioembolization (AE) and preperitoneal pelvic packing (PPP) in the setting of pelvic ring or acetabulum fractures.

Design: Retrospective database review.

Setting: National Inpatient Sample, years 2016-2020.
