Background: Calcaneonavicular (CNC) and talocalcaneal (TCC) coalitions are the most common cause of rigid flatfoot in children. After resection, correction of the most frequent valgus-hindfoot deformity usually requires a second-step surgery. Moebius syndrome (MS) is a rare disease, with paralysis of the VI and VII cranial nerves, frequently associated with clubfoot (CF).
