Histone Deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is an intriguing therapeutic target in cancer re-search, distinguished as the only HDAC family member predominantly located in the cyto-plasm. HDAC6 features two catalytic domains and a unique ubiquitin-binding domain, which sets it apart from other HDACs. Beyond its role in histone deacetylation, HDAC6 targets vari-ous nonhistone substrates, such as α-tubulin, cortactin, Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP90), and Heat Shock Factor 1 (HSF1).

Objective: This systematic review summarizes the literature on the associations between movement behaviors (eg, sleep, sedentary behavior, and physical activity [PA]) and cognition, and academic achievement (AA) in children and adolescents.

Methods: Four electronic databases (PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO, and SPORTDiscus) were searched from inception until October 2023.

Results: This systematic review included 24 reports, representing 48,558 youth aged 6-17.

Fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) methods and fault-tolerant control (FTC) have been the focus of intensive research across various fields to ensure safe operation, reduce costs, and optimize maintenance tasks. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), particularly quadcopters or quadrotors, are often prone to faults in sensors and actuators due to their complex dynamics and exposure to various external uncertainties. In this context, this work implements different FDD approaches based on the Kalman filter (KF) for fault estimation to achieve FTC of the quadcopter, considering different faults with nonlinear behaviors and the possibility of simultaneous occurrences in actuators and sensors.

Tendon structure is predominantly composed of the extracellular matrix (ECM), and genetic variants in non-collagenous ECM components may influence susceptibility to tendinopathy. We investigated the potential influence of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in fibrillin-2 (), tenascin-C (), and matrix metalloproteinase-3 () on the tendon regeneration failure phenotype and impact on the susceptibility to tendinopathy in Brazilian high-performance athletes. This case-control study was conducted with 397 high-performance athletes from different sports modalities (197 tendinopathy cases and 200 controls), and they were analyzed by validated TaqMan SNP genotyping assays of the SNPs (rs331079), (rs2104772), and (rs591058).
