This paper aims to obtain the best shape accuracy evaluation algorithm for silicon nitride ceramic balls after lapping, and to extract the initial signal of the ball surface to improve the accuracy and reliability of the algorithm. The research methods of this paper are as follows: Firstly, an analysis of the uniform envelope of the lapping trajectory of ceramic balls is carried out to verify whether the lapping trajectory after processing can achieve a consistent envelope on the balls' surface. Oxidative stress-induced mitochondrial dysfunction and cell senescence are considered critical contributors to Alzheimer's disease (AD), and oxidant/antioxidant imbalance has been a therapeutic target in AD. SIRT3 is a mitochondrial protein regulating metabolic enzyme activity by deacetylation and its downregulation is associated with AD pathology. The abnormal proliferation and neurogenesis of neural progenitor cells (NPCs) is usually associated with the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease (AD). Mitochondrial stress is one of the most prominent features of AD and is thought to be involved in the impairment of the neurogenesis and proliferation of NPCs. Thus, restoring mitochondrial function by pharmaceutical intervention may alleviate disease-related defects in neurogenesis and is considered a potential therapeutic strategy for AD.
