[The system of medical evacuation support for the troops at the present stage of development of military medicine].

The authors analyse the former and actual state of evacuation support of troops. Having been finally formed during the Great Patriotic War as the system of casualty staging it proved to be correct. At the same time this system has some deficiencies, namely: the repeated surgical intervention, multistaged character of evacuation, medical care and treatment.
