Clinical Relevance: Total-etch adhesive systems and resin composite are clinically viable dental materials for esthetic restorations in teeth presenting white/yellow/brown hypomineralization stains.
Summary: Molar-incisor hypomineralization (MIH) is a condition that negatively affects enamel and dentin, especially the first molars and permanent incisors, causing esthetic and functional problems. The present clinical case report presents and discusses the etiology and clinical characteristics of MIH and describes a restorative protocol for MIH-affected teeth.
The study of HIV transmission and the implementation of AIDS prevention actions recognize the importance of social networks in the transmission of the disease, the adherence to treatment and the quality of life of those infected. For this relevance there was a review of articles on social support networks to people living with HIV /AIDS available in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) were published in Brazil between 2002 and 2012. In this study 31 articles were used from journals covering the following áreas: Nursing (n = 15), Psychology (n = 6) and Science Health / Biomedica (n = 6), were included, which some principal authors were affiliated to higher education public institutions (n = 17).

In Brazil, sexual violence against children and adolescents is a challenge for the public policies of prevention and intervention. The objective of this article is to present the evaluation of PAIR actions implemented in Feira de Santana city, on political and institutional integration, strength and performance of the Network Care for the violence victims in the period of 2003-2006. It was used a descriptive study with primary data based on interviews with professionals from the Institutions of care (38), Municipal Committee of PAIR (11) and key community informants (78), using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
