Methods: This observational cohort study enrolled 48 pediatric LN patients treated with mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), tacrolimus, and prednisone. MPA-AUC was calculated using concentrations based on a limited sampling strategy.
Objective: To comprehensively investigate the impact of candidate loci on the susceptibility to neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) in a cohort of Chinese children with lupus nephritis (LN).
Methods: This case-control study included sixty-two patients. And the case group consisted of 12 LN patients appearing NPSLE, while the control group consisted of 50 LN patients.
Identification of constitutive herbs in an herbal product is critical for ensuring its quality and efficacy. However, current identification methods often lack universality, entail long durations, and involve complex procedures. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop innovative methods for identifying constitutive herbs.

Here, we sought to apply deep learning approaches on kidney biopsies for treatment response prediction in lupus nephritis. Patients who received cyclophosphamide or mycophenolate mofetil as induction treatment were included, and the primary outcome was 12-month treatment response, complete response defined as 24-h urinary protein under 0.

Nevertheless, conductive hydrogels would suffer from an inevitable damage during use, significantly reducing the reliability and limiting the practicability. Herein, stretchable and self-healing conductive hydrogels are designed form carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), polyacrylic acid (PAA), and Fe, which are applied for monitoring human motions and electrophysiological signals.

Clinical data of hospitalized pediatric kidney transplant recipients were retrospectively analyzed. Meaningful variables identified from the multivariate stepwise logistic regression analysis were used to construct the nomogram.

However, it is unreliable to make full use of regional features because they cannot convey contextual information, such as the relationship between objects and the lack of object predicate level semantics. An effective model should contain multiple modes and explore their interactions to help understand the image.

However, the evaporation performance of solar evaporators is still constrained by low photothermal conversion efficiency and high water evaporation enthalpy. Herein, 0D carbon quantum dots (CQDs) are combined with 2D MXene to serve as a hybrid photothermal material to enhance the light absorption and photothermal conversion ability, meanwhile sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC)/polyacrylamide (PAM) hydrogels are used as a substrate material for water transport to reduce the enthalpy of water evaporation.

Methods: We combined a 19-years cLN cohort from seven provinces in China with high-resolution PM dataset from 2001 to 2020, investigating the association between long-term exposure to PM and its constituents (sulfate, nitrate, organic matter, black carbon, ammonium) with the risk of death and kidney failure, analyzed with multiple variables Cox models.
USP25 encodes ubiquitin-specific protease 25, a key member of the deubiquitinating enzyme family that is involved in neural fate determination. Although abnormal expression in Down's syndrome was reported previously, the specific role of USP25 in human diseases has not been defined. In this study, we performed trio-based whole exome sequencing in a cohort of 319 cases (families) with generalized epilepsy of unknown aetiology.

The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between MPA exposure and disease response and adverse drug reactions in pediatric LN patients.
Method: This was a population-based observational cohort study.
Purpose: This study aimed to assess the prognostic and predictive value of a circulating hematological signature (CHS) and to develop a CHS-based nomogram for predicting prognosis and guiding individualized chemotherapy in non-metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients.
Patients And Methods: NPC patients were recruited between January 2014 and December 2017 at the Jiangxi Cancer Hospital. The CHS was constructed based on a series of hematological indicators.
The core strategy for constructing ultra-high-performance hybrid supercapacitors is the design of reasonable and effective electrode materials. Herein, a facile solvothermal-calcination strategy is developed to deposit the phosphate-functionalized FeO (P-FeO) nanosheets on the reduced graphene oxide (rGO) framework. Benefiting from the superior conductivity of rGO and the high conductivity and fast charge storage dynamics of phosphate ions, the synthesized P-FeO/rGO anode exhibits remarkable electrochemical performance with a high capacitance of 586.

Formononetin has been proven to exhibit various pharmacological effects including anti-tumor, anti-obesity, anti-inflammation, and neuroprotective effects. Few studies have examined the pharmacological activities of formononetin in OS treatment, but the mechanism has not yet been completely elucidated.

However, there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in children.
Methods: Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and March 2020 were collected retrospectively.
This paper proposes a vehicle-parking trajectory planning method that addresses the issues of a long trajectory planning time and difficult training convergence during automatic parking. The process involves two stages: finding a parking space and parking planning. The first stage uses model predictive control (MPC) for trajectory tracking from the initial position of the vehicle to the starting point of the parking operation.

Auricular and branchial signs are highly suggestive of BOR syndrome but often develop insidiously, leading to a remarkable misdiagnosis rate. Unlike severe morphological abnormalities of kidneys, knowledge of glomerular involvement in BOR syndrome were limited.

The use of a deep neural network is a promising technique for rapid hologram generation, where a suitable training dataset is vital for the reconstruct quality as well as the generalization of the model. In this Letter, we propose a deep neural network for phase hologram generation with a physics-informed training strategy based on Fourier basis functions, leading to orthonormal representations of the spatial signals. The spatial frequency characteristics of the reconstructed diffraction fields can be regulated by recombining the Fourier basis functions in the frequency domain.
