Swine Glasser's disease, instigated by (), is a significant bacterial infection that causes substantial economic losses in pig farming operations. The role of mucosal immunity is pivotal in defending against . This study focused on the construction of PLGA microspheres that encapsulate the outer membrane protein OMP16 from (PLGA-OMP16) and evaluated their immunological effectiveness in a mouse model.

Despite the absence of a commercial vaccine, avian leukosis virus (ALV) infections have been extensively documented, resulting in substantial economic losses in the poultry industry. This study aimed to develop alginate-chitosan composite microspheres loaded with ALV-J Gp85 protein (referred to as aCHP-gp85) as a potential vaccine candidate.

According to the captan concentration in apple juice, the experimental samples were divided into four levels, including no excess, slight excess, moderate excess, and severe excess. A GA was used to select the characteristic wavelength and optimize SVM parameters, and SVM was applied to train the classification model.

One of the major concerns in 5G IoT networks is that most of the sensor nodes are powered through limited lifetime, which seriously affects the performance of the networks. In this article, Compressive sensing (CS) technique is used to decrease transmission cost in 5G IoT networks. Sparse basis is one of the important steps in the CS.

A novel image enhancement approach called entropy-based adaptive subhistogram equalization (EASHE) is put forward in this paper. The proposed algorithm divides the histogram of input image into four segments based on the entropy value of the histogram, and the dynamic range of each subhistogram is adjusted. A novel algorithm to adjust the probability density function of the gray level is proposed, which can adaptively control the degree of image enhancement.

This paper puts forward a novel image enhancement method via Mean and Variance based Subimage Histogram Equalization (MVSIHE), which effectively increases the contrast of the input image with brightness and details well preserved compared with some other methods based on histogram equalization (HE). Firstly, the histogram of input image is divided into four segments based on the mean and variance of luminance component, and the histogram bins of each segment are modified and equalized, respectively. Secondly, the result is obtained via the concatenation of the processed subhistograms.
