Grasping objects of irregular shapes and various sizes remains a key challenge in the field of robotic grasping. This paper proposes a novel RGB-D data-based grasping pose prediction network, termed Cascaded Feature Fusion Grasping Network (CFFGN), designed for high-efficiency, lightweight, and rapid grasping pose estimation. The network employs innovative structural designs, including depth-wise separable convolutions to reduce parameters and enhance computational efficiency; convolutional block attention modules to augment the model's ability to focus on key features; multi-scale dilated convolution to expand the receptive field and capture multi-scale information; and bidirectional feature pyramid modules to achieve effective fusion and information flow of features at different levels.

The unequal adverse health effects caused by source-emitted PM emphasize the need to consider the discrepancy of PM-bound chemicals rather than solely focusing on the mass concentration of PM when making air pollution control strategies. Here, we present a dataset about chemical compositions of real-world PM emissions from typical anthropogenic sources in China, including industrial (power, industrial boiler, iron & steel, cement, and other industrial process), residential (coal/biomass burning, and cooking), and transportation sectors (on-road vehicle, ship, and non-exhaust emission).

T cell receptor (TCR) engagement causes a global cellular response that entrains signaling pathways, cell cycle regulation, and cell death. The molecular regulation of mRNA translation in these processes is poorly understood. Using a whole-genome CRISPR screen for regulators of CD95 (FAS/APO-1)-mediated T cell death, we identified AMBRA1, a protein previously studied for its roles in autophagy, E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, and cyclin regulation.

Aberrant differentiation of progenitor cells in the hematopoietic system is known to severely impact host immune responsiveness. Here we demonstrate that NOD1, a cytosolic innate sensor of bacterial peptidoglycan, also functions in murine hematopoietic cells as a major regulator of both the generation and differentiation of lymphoid progenitors as well as peripheral T lymphocyte homeostasis. We further show that NOD1 mediates these functions by facilitating STAT5 signaling downstream of hematopoietic cytokines.

SET and MYND domain-containing protein 3 (SMYD3), a histone lysine methyltransferase, is implicated in gene transcription regulation and tumor development. However, the roles of SMYD3 in OSCC initiation are not fully understood.

More precise immunotherapies with higher efficacy and fewer side effects are sought. We investigated the effectiveness and mechanism of an injectable myelin-based antigenic polyprotein MMPt (myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, myelin basic protein and proteolipid protein, truncated).

Methods: We performed a retrospective comparative case series of 26 eyes of 23 patients diagnosed with AK at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary over a 5-year period. The characteristics of all identified cases were summarized.
KDM6B (Lysine-specific demethylase 6B) is a histone lysine demethyltransferase that plays a key role in many types of cancers. However, its potential role in gastric cancer (GC) remains unclear. Here, we focused on the clinical significance and potential role of KDM6B in GC.

Pneumonia is one of the diseases that seriously endangers human health, and it is also the leading cause of death of children under the age of five in China. The most commonly used imaging examination method for radiologists is mainly based on chest X-ray images. Still, imaging errors often result during imaging examinations due to objective factors such as visual fatigue and lack of experience.

We identified EBF4, a little-studied member of the early B cell factor (EBF) family of transcription factors, in a whole-genome CRISPR screen for regulators of Fas/APO-1/CD95-mediated T cell death. Loss of EBF4 increases the half-life of the c-FLIP protein, and its presence in the Fas signaling complex impairs caspase-8 cleavage and apoptosis.

Pneumonia infection is the leading cause of death in young children. The commonly used pneumonia detection method is that doctors diagnose through chest X-ray, and external factors easily interfere with the results. Assisting doctors in diagnosing pneumonia in patients based on deep learning methods can effectively eliminate similar problems.

However, the functions of FAT1 are ambiguous in tumorigenesis owing to inconsistent research in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The present study aimed at gaining an insight into the role of FAT1 in the tumor genesis and development.

We describe a new IEI caused by mutations in the GTPase of the immune-associated protein 6 (GIMAP6) gene in patients with infections, lymphoproliferation, autoimmunity, and multiorgan vasculitis. Patients and Gimap6-/- mice show defects in autophagy, redox regulation, and polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA)-containing lipids.

The dysregulation of the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway is critically associated with GC development and chemotherapy resistance. Ferroptosis is a form of regulated cell death, induced by an iron-dependent accumulation of lipid peroxides during chemotherapy.

How the host controls mucus barrier integrity and commensalism is unclear. We show that terminal sialylation of glycans on intestinal mucus by ST6GALNAC1 (ST6), the dominant sialyltransferase specifically expressed in goblet cells and induced by microbial pathogen-associated molecular patterns, is essential for mucus integrity and protecting against excessive bacterial proteolytic degradation.
