Di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate (DEHP) is a common endocrine disruptor that causes very serious environmental pollution. Recent studies have described that DEHP exerts detrimental effects on key processes of placental development, including implantation, differentiation, invasion, and angiogenesis. However, its effects on the proliferation of placental trophoblasts and related regulatory mechanisms remain elusive.

However, the serum lipid profiles in girls with ICPP and the potential regulatory effects of GnRHa in lipid metabolism remain unclear. This research analyzed lipidomic profiles of serum samples from girls younger than 10 years of age, including 37 patients with ICPP, 32 ICPP patients treated with GnRHa, and 30 age-matched healthy controls.

Nanoparticulate silica is renowned for its excellent thermal insulation and low density; however, it faces challenges in practical applications due to high production costs and poor mechanical properties. In this study, a lightweight, hydrophobic, and insulative composite consisting of fumed silica and melamine foam (MF-FS) was prepared by using an atmospheric impregnation and drying process. Four different concentrations of fumed silica (5, 10, 15, and 20%) were systematically incorporated into the melamine foam to assess their effects on the composite's performance.

However, the understanding of such leachate is markedly scant in comparison to that of landfill leachate. In this study, the distribution and removal of 8 sulfonamides (SAs), 4 quinolones (FQs), and 4 macrolides (MLs) antibiotics in leachate from 14 MSW incineration plants in representative cities across different regions of China were investigated.

Based on Bayesian evolutionary analysis of five genomic loci(the small subunit of ribosomal RNA (SSU) gene, the large subunit of ribosomal RNA (LSU) gene, the translation elongation factor 1-α () gene, the largest subunit of RNA polymerase II (), and the second largest subunit of RNA polymerase II (), we inferred the divergence times for members of the Cordycipitaceae, improving the internal phylogeny of this fungal family. Molecular clock analyses indicate that the ancestor of occurred in the Paleogene period (34.

However, it remains a challenge to integrate excellent mechanical properties, self-healing properties, and electrochemical sensing capabilities into the preparation of hydrogel-based flexible sensors. The utilization of CBPG (cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs)@bovine serum albumin (BSA)@polyethyleneimine (PEI) glucose oxidase (GOD) nanomaterial) as both an enhancing phase and sensor probe within a hydrogel matrix, with poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) serving as the primary network constituent, has been proposed as a non-invasive technique for monitoring trace glucose levels in sweat.

This study demonstrates a facile strategy to simultaneously recover Cu and EDTA ligands from Cu(II)-EDTA electroless effluent with commercially available metallic Cu and formaldehyde. In this strategy, metallic Cu is used to activate formaldehyde, a prevalent yet often overlooked cocontaminant in Cu(II)-EDTA effluents, to produce highly reductive hydrogen radical (H), which in situ decomplex Cu(II)-EDTA, reduces the central Cu(II) into metallic Cu, and release EDTA ligand.

Under the "dual carbon" goal, how to effectively guide the transformation of urban households' lifestyles and achieve consumption side carbon reduction has become an important issue. Based on questionnaire surveys and face-to-face interviews in the main districts of Hangzhou, the total amount and component of household consumption carbon reduction potential in Hangzhou were calculated by adopting a carbon emission coefficient model, and the relevant factors influencing various types of household consumption behaviors and carbon reduction potential were analyzed through virtual regression models and binary logistic regression.
