[Clinical and and epidemiologic monitoring of polytrauma and concomitant injuries].

Current forms of medical reports cannot be used for clinical and epidemiological and medical and economic researches because they don't contain information about competitive, associated diseases and its complications. Authors developed the method of clinical and epidemiological monitoring of nosologic structure of patients in military-medical institutions based on personalized record-keeping of patients with additional informational resources for recording of all diagnoses and performed medical service. With the help of the given method were analyzed nosologic structure and treatment results of 548 patients with vehicular trauma from the 442nd District Military Clinical Hospital.

[Fatal course of virus-associated pneumonia in patient with influenza A(H1N1)].

In 2009 pandemic caused by high-path fluenza A(H1N1), so called "swine" flu was registered in the world. Aphylaxis to this type of influenza lead to pandemic. The authors gave an example of fatal course of influenza A(H1N1)S-OIV in young patient with severe VA-pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, disseminated intravascular coagulation with progressive respiratory distress secondary to an metabolic syndrome.

[Indices of the responsiveness of system blood circulation as prognostic index of gastric ulcer development].

118 patients with gastric ulcer and 112 healthy people (control set) were examined. It is established that determination of connections between phenotype, responsiveness of general circulation, variability of cardiac rhythm, types of personality and levels of reactive anxiety allows to diagnose not only the prenosological and initial forms of gastric ulcer, but also to determine the tactics of conservative and surgical treatment of this disease.

[Conduction anesthesia in orthopedic operations in injuries of the extremities].

An analysis of results of using conduction anesthesia for various operations on extremities of 274 patients of different age groups has been made. Complete effects were achieved in 91% of the patients, 5% of the patients were potentiated with neuroleptanalgesia drugs because of insufficient anesthesia, in 2% of the patients general anesthesia was used. The method of conduction anesthesia makes it possible to use a conveyer method of bringing patients to the operating room.

[Anesthesia in the surgical treatment of fractures of the proximal end of the femur].

The article generalizes experience in anesthesiological management of 178 elderly and old-aged patients with fractures of the proximal segment of the femur in endoprosthesis with a Mura-Cito prosthesis, 3-flange nail, Shesterni's fixation device, arched nail, etc. In contrast to endotracheal anesthesia and local anesthesia with neuroleptanalgesia potentiation, prolonged epidural anesthesia in 51 patients produced adequate intra- and postoperative anesthesia without causing respiratory complications and depression and facilitated early activation of the patient. Prolonged epidural anesthesia had advantages over other types of anesthesia in this category of patients.
