Inspired by the recently reported novel two-dimensional material BCP, we performed one-dimensional shearing along the zigzag direction to obtain four BCP nanoribbons with various edge atom combinations. An asymmetric hydrogen passivation scheme was employed to modulate the electronic properties and successfully open the band gap, especially the 2H-1H passivation with dihydrogenation and monohydrogenation at the top and bottom edges, respectively, achieving bipolar magnetic semiconductors with edge P-atoms contributing to the main magnetism. Furthermore, three crucial spin-polarized transmission spectra yielded a significant spin-dependent Seebeck effect (SDSE), displaying superior thermoelectric conversion capabilities by generating pure spin currents.

The composition and characteristics of China's food safety standards are revealed by an analysis of the changes in China's general food standards, an overview of the characteristics of the hygiene requirements in the production and operation process, and an introduction to food product and test method standards. In conclusion, Chinese food safety standards are still being improved, but they must also be effectively implemented and followed up in real time in order to continuously improve the quality of food and reduce food safety incidents.

Methods And Results: Rose and mustard essential oils significantly inhibited mycelial growth and spore viability in a dose-dependent relationship. After essential oil treatment, the cell membrane permeability was altered, and significant leakage of intracellular proteins and nucleic acids occurred.
Garlic is famous for its unique flavor and health benefits. An effective means of authenticating garlic's origin is through the implementation of the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) scheme. However, the prevalence of fraudulent behavior raises concerns regarding the reliability of this system.

The physicochemical results showed that the content of ascorbic acid (VC) and the pH value was the highest in rose tea obtained by HAD. The contents of anthocyanin, proanthocyanidins, and total phenols were highest in rose tea obtained by VFD.

Methods: Aging patients diagnosed with carotid atherosclerotic stenosis who underwent carotid high-frame-rate vector flow imaging examination were prospectively enrolled. A Mindray Resona7s ultrasound machine equipped with high-frame-rate vector flow function was used for ultrasound evaluation.
Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of interventional therapy (iodine-125[I] seed strand and portal vein stent [PVS] implantation plus transarterial chemoembolization [TACE]) combined with systemic therapy (lenvatinib plus anti-PD-1 antibody) as first-line treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients with Vp4 portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT).
Patients And Methods: From December 2018 to October 2021, 87 HCC patients with Vp4 PVTT were included in this single-center retrospective study. Forty-seven patients underwent interventional therapy combined with lenvatinib and anti-PD-1 antibody (group A), while 40 cases underwent interventional therapy combined with lenvatinib only (group B).

TO explore the changes of rhizosphere soil bacterial community of Rosa rugosa "Fenghua", Rosa rugosa cv. Plena and Rosa rugosa "Zizhi" in different seasons, the Illumina Miseq sequencing and the correlation network analysis of dominant flora was used. The results showed that the bacterial communities were mainly composed of Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Actinobacteria, with Sphingomonas, GP6, GP4, Novosphingobium, Wps-1_genera_incertae_sedis, and Massilia as the dominant genera.

It was also the aim of the study to evaluate the extent of artifacts in CT exams during FU.
Methods: Single-center retrospective study from 2017-2019 in 190 patients who underwent percutaneous transhepatic portal vein interventions.

Materials And Methods: From January 2013 to June 2016, 76 HCC patients with type II tumor thrombus were included in this single-center retrospective study. Twenty patients underwent I seed strand implantation combined with transarterial chemoembolization (group A; n = 20), while 56 patients underwent transarterial chemoembolization alone (group B; n = 56).
Protein glycosylation is an important post-translational modification. Aberrant glycosylation has been implicated in many diseases because of associated changes in protein distribution and biological function. We showed that the expression of β1, 4-galactosyltransferase 5 (B4GalT5) was positively correlated with diabetes and obesity.

Methods: This single-center retrospective study involved 68 patients with unresectable HCC or those who were unfit for liver transplantation and percutaneous frequency ablation according to the BCLC classification. All patients had Child-Pugh classification grade A or B, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0-2, and MPVTT.
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients with main portal vein tumor thrombus have a median survival time of only about 4 months. We therefore compared the safety and efficacy of endovascular brachytherapy (EVBT) and sequential three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-DCRT). From a cohort of 176 patients, we treated 123 with EVBT using iodine-125 seed strands (group A) and the remaining 53 with sequential 3-DCRT (group B).
