Phyllodes tumors (PTs) are rare breast stroma neoplasms, and their accurate identification at various stages is essential for personalized patient treatment. In this study, multiphoton microscopy (MPM) with two-photon excited fluorescence (TPEF) and second harmonic generation (SHG) imaging was used for label-free detection and differentiation of PTs and normal breast tissue. Study Design: Two pregnant women identified as high risk through noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) underwent amniocentesis to obtain fetal cells. Subsequent fetal chromosomal karyotyping was conducted, and genomic DNA from fetal cells was extracted for copy number variation sequencing (CNV-Seq) analysis, complemented by multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) to detect deletions or duplications within the DMD gene.
Purpose: This prospective clinical trial aims to compare the efficacy and safety of gemcitabine plus cisplatin (GP) versus docetaxel plus cisplatin and fluorouracil (TPF) as induction chemotherapy combined with locoregional radiotherapy in de novo metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (dmNPC).
Methods: 146 dmNPC patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive 4-6 cycles of GP (GP group) or TPF induction chemotherapy (TPF group) followed by locoregional radiotherapy (LRRT). The primary endpoint was overall survival (OS).

Nitrogen removal efficiency and along-path variation of related product concentrations in the sulfur-siderite autotrophic denitrification (SSAD) and sulfur-limestone autotrophic denitrification (SLAD) systems were comprehensively investigated in this work.
