Background: There are still some patients with acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion stroke (LVOS) experienced unsuccessful recanalization after endovascular thrombectomy. The efficacy of intravenous alteplase before thrombectomy for such patients is unknown. We performed this study to investigate whether prior intravenous alteplase could affect the outcome of patients with unsuccessful recanalization.

Methods: An online survey of stroke clinicians registered to OCIN (Oriental Conference of Interventional Neurovascology) platform and ENCHANTED2/MT trial (Enhanced Control of Hypertension and Thrombectomy Stroke Study) collaborators was conducted to investigate the blood pressure management strategy after mechanical thrombectomy. The survey was sent out in March 2024, extracted within 1 month, and then analyzed comprehensively using descriptive statistics.
Background And Purpose: Lateral sinus dural arteriovenous fistulas (LS-DAVFs) carry a higher rate of recurrence after endovascular treatment (EVT). Our objective was to investigate the independent predictors of recurrence and unfavorable functional outcome of low-and intermediate-grade LS-DAVFs after EVT.
Materials And Methods: Retrospectively reviewed our database of prospectively collected information for all patients with low and intermediate-grade LS-DAVFs that underwent EVT from May 2004 to December 2021.
To investigate the safety, efficacy and risk factors for complications of stenting with optional coiling versus coiling alone for acutely ruptured cerebral aneurysms (ARCAs) using different antiplatelet schemes, 2021 patients were prospectively enrolled into the stenting group (n = 967) and the coiling group (n = 1054). Four different antiplatelet regimens were used. The clinical and treatment data were analyzed and compared.

We aimed to assess the effectiveness and safety of using a balloon guide catheter during endovascular thrombectomy, compared with using a conventional guide catheter, in this patient population.
Methods: We conducted a multicentre, open-label, blinded-endpoint, randomised controlled trial at 28 hospitals in China.
Background: The effect of embolization of the middle meningeal artery in patients with subacute or chronic subdural hematoma is uncertain.
Methods: We performed a multicenter, open-label, randomized trial in China, involving patients with symptomatic nonacute subdural hematoma with mass effect. Patients were assigned to undergo burr-hole drainage or receive nonsurgical treatment at the surgeon's discretion, and patients in each group were then randomly assigned, in a 1:1 ratio, to undergo middle meningeal artery embolization with liquid embolic material or to receive usual care.
Technological advance in industry has complexity, divisibility, systematicity and market selectivity, and companies may generate technological investment expansion and form technological job demand, which may also lead to the occupation of company resources and trigger the replacement of the original jobs. This paper empirically examines the impact of technological advance in industry on the labour employment demand of companies by taking Chinese A-share listed companies as research samples from 2008 to 2022, and finds that: overall technological advance in industry has a suppressive effect on the labour employment demand of companies; The heterogeneity test shows that industrial technological advancement mainly produces inhibitory effects on the labour employment of low-education level employees and production sectors, while it produces incentive effects on the labour employment of high-education level employees and non-production sectors Industrial technological advancement mainly produces job substitution and destructive effects on the labour employment of low-education level employees and production sectors, while it produces incentive effects on the labour employment of high-education level employees and non-production sectors. Mechanism test shows that industrial technological advancement has incentive effects such as technology investment expansion effect and industry chain conduction effect, and also produces inhibitory effects such as enterprise resource occupation effect and employment delay effect.

Method: SL-10, XT-17, and Q-track microcatheters were included in the study. MarSurf CM explorer (a non-contact 3D confocal microscopy system) and MATLAB software were used to detect the surface coating damage.
Bladder cancer (BLCA) is a prevalent cancer with high case-fatality rates and a substantial economic burden worldwide. Understanding its molecular underpinnings to guide clinical management is crucial. Ferroptosis, a recently described non-apoptotic form of cell death, is initiated by the lethal accumulation of iron-dependent lipid peroxidation products.

It is manifested as a malignant phenotype of high metastasis and invasion caused by squamous cell transformation in the tissue area. Therefore, it is necessary to search for a biomarker that can systematically correlate and reflect the prognosis of HNSCC based on the characteristics of head and neck tumors.

Trauma is comprehensive and includes many surgical specialties, and the surgical techniques of these specialties have long been mature. To reduce the mortality and disability rate of trauma patients, it is necessary to improve trauma management.

This study aims to demonstrate the alternation of gene expression in exosomes from brain tissue of mice after ischemic preconditioning and their potential functions.
Methods: Ten mice were divided into the sham and the cerebral ischemic preconditioning groups.
Climate change has profoundly affected human production and development, and also brought new challenges to China's goal of achieving inclusive economic growth. Using the data of 273 cities in China from 2001 to 2019, this research evaluates the impact of climate change on urban inclusive economic growth by constructing a temperature bin variable according to the daily average temperature. It is found that with the temperature bin [18 °C, 21 °C) as the benchmark group, both temperature rise and fall have a negative influence on inclusive economic growth.

Methods: This observational cohort study enrolled patients between January 2015 and December 2022 in a prospective database.
Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have become increasingly popular for detecting numerous loci associated with intracranial aneurysm (IA), but how these loci function remains unclear. In this study, we employed an integrative analytical pipeline to efficiently transform genetic associations and identify novel genes for IA. Using multidimensional high-throughput data, we integrated proteome-wide association studies (PWAS), transcriptome-wide association studies (TWAS), Mendelian randomization (MR) and Bayesian co-localization analyses to prioritize genes that can increase IA risk by altering their expression and protein abundances in the brain and blood.
