Heterogeneous single-atom catalysts are attracting substantial attention for selectively generating singlet oxygen (O). However, precise manipulation of atom coordination structures remains challenging. Here, the fine coordination structure of iron single-atom carbon-nitride catalysts (Fe-CNs) was manipulated by precisely tuning the heating rate with 1 °C min difference.

Methods: A total of 110 LUAC patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy (cisplatin 75 mg/m combined with pemetrexed 500 mg/m) from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected. They were divided into a chemoresistant group (n=32) and a chemosensitive group (n=78) based on treatment response, and their clinical data were analyzed.
The performance and stability of inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is adversely affected by the recombination loss, ion migration, and residual stress arising from issues within the bulk and at the cathode interface. Using simple post-treatment with a novel solution-processable derivative of the dodecahydro-closo-dodecaborate anion ([closo-BH])-(TBA)[BH(OCHCH)OH] (TBAB)-it is simultaneously address these issues. In inverted PSCs, the cationic and anionic components of TBAB uniquely self-separate by positioning themselves precisely to perform their specific modification functions.

Microlens array (MLA), through which all the sub-beams are focused, is widely used in multi-electron-beam systems. In this work, based on the differential algebraic (DA) method, we propose an approach in calculating the high-order aberrations for both axial and off-axial microlenses, considering the multipole fields that are introduced by the neighborhood structures in MLA, as well as the rotationally symmetric field. To perform the DA calculation, the electric fields of the microlenses are analyzed by using the azimuthal Fourier analysis and the Fourier-Bessel series Expansion.

However, here we found that amino acids unexpectedly increased the intensity of fluorescent AGEs in biscuits. This study aimed to elucidate these contradictory findings and highlight concerns regarding the determination of fluorescent AGEs in foods.

This study aimed to address these issues by developing a wound dressing with antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Chitosan was functionally modified with acrolein to covalently bind to epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), enabling a high EGCG load.

The calculation accuracy of the molecular dynamic model was verified by ablating the surface of silicon carbide wafers with a laser pulse width of 37 ps. On this basis, this paper further investigated the influence of the laser pulse width and fluence on the surface ablation damage and modification width, threshold, and lattice temperature.

Objective: To explore the clinical application value of the Bleeding Scoring Scales (2019 Pediatric ITP Scale) in the diagnosis and treatment of children with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).
Methods: A total of 422 children with ITP were evaluated with the 2019 Pediatric ITP Scale and the 2013 ITP-BAT and their clinical data were analyzed. The correlation between the two bleeding scoring scales and disease stage, platelet count was analysed, the evaluation time, consistency of the two bleeding scoring scales was compared, and the correlation of the two methods.
Precise ions sieving at angstrom-scale is gaining tremendous attention thanks to its significant impact at the water-energy nexus. Herein, a novel polycation-modulated interfacial polymerization (IP) strategy is developed to prepare a heterogeneously charged covalent organic frameworks (COFs) membrane. Cationic poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) regulates the growth and assembly of anionic COFs nanosheets, which thus provides a negative, smooth top surface and positive, rough bottom surface, indicating the presence of heterogeneously charged angstrom-scale channels through the membrane.

An in vivo myocardial infarction (MI) model was induced in mice via left anterior descending artery ligation, and ITFG2 expression was modulated using adeno-associated virus AAV9 vectors. Echocardiography was used to assess cardiac function, and primary mouse cardiomyocytes were cultured and subjected to hypoxia.

Superwetting membranes have been extensively studied but cannot meet long lasting separation owing to inevitable membrane fouling. Herein, we constructed a hydrogel-mediated slippery surface on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hollow fibers and then designed a flexible and swing hollow fiber membrane module inspired by fish gill respiration, which achieved sustainable emulsion separation.

The substantial manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) requires sustainable, circular, and decarbonized recycling strategies. While efforts are concentrated on extracting valuable metals from cathodes using intricate chemical process, the direct, efficient cathode regeneration remains a technological challenge. More urgently, the battery supply chain also requires the value-added exploitation of retired anodes.

Although great progresses have been achieved, the crystal phase effect of electrocatalysts on NORR remains rarely explored. Here, the epitaxial growth of unconventional 2H Cu on hexagonal close-packed (hcp) IrNi template, resulting in the formation of three IrNiCu@Cu nanostructures, is reported.

Herein, the new chemical system of molecular granular material (MGM) is developed for the design of impact-resistant materials from the supramolecular complexation of sub-nm molecular clusters (MCs) and hyper-branched polyelectrolytes. Their hierarchical aggregation provides the origin of the decoupling of mechanical strengths and structural relaxation dynamics.
