Background And Aim: Canine testicular tumors are among the most common reproductive tract tumors in male dogs and have been studied in many countries. However, to the best of our knowledge, studies with a large sample size have not been conducted in Russia. This study aimed to provide the latest information on the prevalence of canine testicular tumors in the Veterinary Oncology Scientific Center for Small Animals "Biocontrol" in Moscow, Russia, in 2010-2020 and the characteristics of the affected canine population.

In human malignant cells (HMCs), hnRNP-A1-the most studied hnRNP-is an abundant multifunctional protein that interacts with telomeric DNA and affects telomerase function. In addition, it is believed that other hnRNPs in HMCs may also be involved in the maintenance of telomere length.

A total of 765, 794, 132 and 232 peptides were identified in C, L, C and L, respectively. Although, L and C were expected to have more antioxidant capacity because of their peptide profiles, Alcalase hydrolysates observed in vitro, were slightly higher (TEAC assay for C: 848.

The cell proteins have been separated by means of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis in two modifications and identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry with further tandem mass spectrometry. The analysis of proteins from three human sarcomas cell lines (RD, U-2 OS and SK-UT-1B), three human renal adenocarcinomas cell lines (A-498, 769-P and OKP-GS), and two prostate adenocarcinomas cell lines (DU-145 and PC-3) revealed several electrophoretic isoforms of SFPQ protein.

It was shown that the laccase (LC) included into hydrophobic ionic liquid (IL) can be reused for the biotransformation of dihydroquercetin (DHQ). The physicochemical characteristics of DHQ oligomers synthesized using LC/IL did not differ from the characteristics of the oligomers obtained with native laccase. The synthesized oligomers have a number average molecular weight of 1050 g/mol and a polydispersity index of 1.

The data on biochemical polymorphism of growth hormone (GH) and some other proteins that are directly or indirectly necessary for its functioning and support this polymorphism by polylocus, polyallelism, alternative splicing, and various postsynthetic modifications are analyzed. The role of polymorphic proteins of the GH system is discussed in formation of a variety of oligomeric molecular structures of this system (multicomponent transport complexes, receptors, and endocellular protein ensembles involved in the regulation of gene expression).
