Background: In China, although policies promoting physical-medical integration have received widespread national attention, the existence and manifestation of health equity promotion within these policies still require further exploration.

Methods: This study used text analysis to examine 62 policy documents on physical-medical integration issued by various Chinese governmental departments from June 2016 to June 2023, utilizing KH Coder software for qualitative analysis.

Results: The analysis revealed a strong emphasis on public health, promoting health management and disease prevention across all age groups.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the association between hospital loyalty, perceived usefulness of a mobile app, perceived ease of use of that mobile app, and satisfaction with the app's use as well as predicting patients' intended use of the app.

Patients And Methods: Purposive sampling was adopted in a cross-sectional survey. The participants were outpatients at the traditional Chinese medicine departments of three hospitals in northern Taiwan (n=125).

Background: Metastatic or relapsed angiosarcoma has a poor prognosis and the efficacy of conventional chemotherapy is often limited. Apatinib, a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR2), has been approved for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.

Case Presentation: Herein, we report a patient with advanced angiosarcoma, who received apatinib at a daily dose of 250 to 725 mg, resulting in a partial response for three months, which may be related to Kinase Insert Domain Receptor (KDR) gene amplification.

Three dimensional excitation-emission fluorescence spectra, chemical oxygen demanding (COD) and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) for water samples from Science Island, Chaohu Lake and Taihu Lake were determined. The COD values of the samples from Chaohu Lake were linearly correlated with the DOC values. Relationships of dissolved organic matter (DOM) concentrations determined by three dimensional excitation-emission fluorescence matrix (3DEEM), observed protein-like fluorescence intensity (Ipro-like) and humic-like fluorescence intensity (Ihum-like) to the chemical oxygen Demanding (COD) for all the samples from different sources were analyzed.

In the experiment an excitation resource at 355 nm from a third harmonic Q-switched Nd:YAG laser was used, and the commercial humic acid of different concentrations was used as the research samples. The fluorescence spectrum of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in combination with laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) measurements was measured in the laboratory, and the characteristics of fluorescence quenching of DOM were analyzed. The results show that the intensity of water Raman scattering and DOM fluorescence was reduced gradually and increased linearly respectively with raising the concentration of humic acid.

The influence of temperature change on the determined concentrations of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in water was investigated by laser induced fluorescence (LIF) technique in laboratory. The temperature was altered within the range of 20 to 75 degrees C, and the intensity of DOM fluorescence and water Raman scattering were found to decrease with rising temperature. A linear fit of the normalized fluorescence intensity versus temperature yielded a mean value of the temperature coefficient of -5.

The fluorescence spectra of several types of water samples in combination with laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) measurements using 532 nm wavelength excitation source were measured in the laboratory, and the fluorescence matters such as dissolved organic matter (DOM), chlorophyll a (Chl a) and carotenoids were pointed out with spectral fluorescent signature (SFS) technique. It is considered that the peak at 455 nm in the spectrum is contributed by carotenoid (PPC). Finally, the dynamic model of PPC's fluorescence emission is showed.

A sort of analytical method of fast diagnosis of organic matter in water is discussed. The total luminescence spectra (TLS) of water samples in combination with laser induced fluorescence (LIF) measurements using 532 nm wavelength excitation source were measured in the laboratory. The spectra of dissolved organic matter (DOM) and chlorophyll a (Chl a) were pointed out and obtained with spectral fluorescence signature (SFS) technique.

In the present paper, a review and analysis of the theory of direct absorption spectroscopy and modulation spectroscopy using tunable diode laser were provided, and a remote sensing system of CH4 was designed. A near infrared tunable diode laser operating at wavelength 1.65 microm at room temperature was used to perform the measurement of CH4, using the R(6) line of, the 2upsilon3 band of methane.

In the experiment a frequency doubled radiation of Nd:YAG laser was used for excitation at 532 nm. The fluorescence spectra of dissolved organic matter (DOM) and chlorophyll a (Chl-a) in several types of water samples with laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) measurements using a 532 nm wavelength excitation source were measured in the laboratory, and the spectral characteristics of DOM and Chl-a were analysed. The characteristics of turbidity were investigated by measuring the amount of scattering light of suspended particles in the water volume.

The fluorescence spectra of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in several types of water samples in combination with laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) measurements were measured in the laboratory, and the spectral characteristics of DOM were analysed. The curve of normalized fluorescence intensity against corresponding concentration of humic acid is showed. The results demonstrate the possibilities of water quality monitoring based upon fluorescence spectral characteristics of DOM by means of LIF method.
