Despite high remission rates following chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) cell therapy in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), relapse due to loss of the targeted antigen is increasingly recognized as a mechanism of immune escape. We hypothesized that simultaneous targeting of CD19 and CD22 may improve the CAR-T effect. The and leukemia model was established, and the anti-tumor effects of BiCAR-T, CD19 CAR-T, CD22 CAR-T, and LoopCAR6 cells were observed.

When combined, ipilimumab and nivolumab have demonstrated superior activity in patients with metastatic melanoma (CHECKMATE-067). Here we describe the preclinical development strategy that predicted these clinical results.

Its molecular pathogenesis is poorly understood. Genome-wide sequencing and high-throughput technologies have provided critical insights into the molecular basis of ICC while sparking a heated debate on the cellular origin.

However, their frequency and function are poorly understood because no known surface markers distinguish them from older non-RTE naive CD4(+) T cells. We demonstrate that protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7) is a novel marker for human CD4(+) RTEs.

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of point application of medicated cakes for prevention and treatment of recurrent asthma in children.
Methods: Point application of medicated cakes was performed in 60 asthmatic children at the remission stage, with its effect compared with that of ketotifen used in the control group of 30 cases.
Results: With a total effective rate of 85%, the point application of medicated cakes was found to be superior to that of the control group (P < 0.
Role of different B-cell subsets in the immune response to T-independent antigen type 2 (TI-2) was studied. BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice were immunized by polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP), and the numbers of antibody- and Ig-forming cells (AFC and IFC, respectively) were determined by ELISPOT method. The number of cells producing non-specific Ig (nIFC) was calculated as the difference between the number of IFC and AFC; the number of nIFC induced by PVP was calculated as the difference between the number of nIFC in immune and control splenocytes.

The major subset expresses intermediate B220 and low CD4 levels. The minor subset, which constitutes roughly 20% of the adult germ-line pro-B, expresses very low B220 levels and does not express CD4.

We therefore examined a 3'-flanking segment of the CD40L gene, which contained a putative NF-kappaB/Rel cis-element, for its ability to enhance CD40L promoter function. This segment augmented CD40L promoter activity in an orientation-independent manner in CD4 T-lineage cells but not in human B cell or monocyte cell lines.
