Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare disease in childhood. Extra-cutaneous manifestations are uncommon in pyoderma gangrenosum, even more so in children, with only a few cases reported in the literature. We present the case of a pediatric patient with pyoderma gangrenosum and associated pulmonary involvement.
