Taking the structural information into account, we were able to tune the TEAD selectivity for a specific chemotype. However, different TEAD selectivity profiles did not affect the compound potency or efficacy in the NCI-H226 viability assay. Amides based on or analogues showed improved viability efficacy compared with the corresponding acids.

Partnerships forged between university faculty and nurses have potential to recruit students into critical care settings. Children adopted internationally and their families are a heterogeneous group. Internationally-adopted children have been reported to have a range of developmental and behavioral difficulties. The authors describe the current evidence documenting developmental outcomes for children and common behavioral and mental health concerns including attachment difficulties that may impact children and their families after international adoption.
