To investigate the sex-dependent differentiation of Sox10 cells and their response to pathological conditions such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exposure or ischemia, we utilized Sox10 Cre-ERT2, tdTomato mice. Tamoxifen administration induced the expression of red fluorescent protein (RFP) in these cells, facilitating their subsequent tracking and analysis after LPS injection and ischemia via immunofluorescence staining. Propidium iodide (PI) was injected to label necrotic cells following LPS administration.

In recent years, carbonized silicon nanoparticles (SiC NPs) have found widespread scientific and engineering applications, raising concerns about potential human health risks. SiC NPs may induce pulmonary damage through sustained inflammatory responses and oxidative stress, with unclear toxicity mechanisms. This study uses an in vitro co-culture model of alveolar macrophages (NR8383) and alveolar epithelial cells (RLE-6TN) to simulate the interaction between airway epithelial cells and immune cells, providing initial insights into SiC NP-triggered inflammatory responses.

Objective: To observe the effect of the ubiquitination process on the expression of CD44 antigen(CD44) and matrix metalloproteinase-14(MMP14) in human bronchial epithelial(16HBE) malignantly transformed cells induced by glycidyl methacrylate(GMA).

Methods: Successfully resuscitated 16HBE cells were cultured using a final concentration of 8 μg/mL GMA as the treatment group and 1 μg/mL dimethyl sulfoxide as the solvent control group, each time stained for 72 h, and then stained again after an interval of 24 h. After repeating the staining three times, the cells were cultured in passages respectively.

Objective: UAV-based multispectral detection and identification technology for ground injured human targets, is a novel and promising unmanned technology for public health and safety IoT applications, such as outdoor lost injured searching and battlefield casualty searching, and our previous research has demonstrated its feasibility. However, in practical applications, the searched human target always exhibits low target-background contrast relative to the vast and diverse surrounding environment, and the ground environment also shifts randomly during the UAV cruise process.
