This paper investigates the problem of optimal preview pinning control for Boolean networks. The primary objective is to design efficient control strategies that leverage future reference information for improved control performance. We propose a policy iteration algorithm specifically for Boolean networks based on an augmented error system, constructed using the state augmentation technique in combination with the Exclusive-Or operator approach.

Experiences of Body Image Changes in Chinese Patients Living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease: A Descriptive Qualitative Study.

Purpose: Body image changes are common among patients living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) because of the illness and related treatments. Currently, there is little known about how those patients experience and perceive their altered body image in the literature. The aim of this study was to explore the experiences of body image changes in patients with IBD in China and to describe how those changes influence patients' perception of body and self.

Despite the increasing number of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), relatively few studies have examined their experiences with TCM in the Chinese healthcare context. To address their physiological functions, the techniques that can track their levels should be invaluable.
