Background: Pentraxin 3 (PTX3) has been associated with the development and progression of various malignant tumors. However, its roles and the mechanisms underlying its involvement in ovarian cancer (OC) peritoneal metastasis remain unclear.
Methods: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) were conducted to determine the expression profiles, potential functionalities, and underlying mechanisms of PTX3 within the context of OC.
Background: Ovarian cancer is the most mortality malignancy in gynecology. N7-methylguanosine (m7G) is one of the most prevalent RNA modifications in the development and progression of cancer. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of m7G-related lncRNA on ovarian cancer in terms of instruction prognosis and immunotherapy.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFOur study aims to explore the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) on tumour cells and immune cells in the immune microenvironment of patients with high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC). Single-cell RNA sequencing data of paired ovarian cancer tissues were analysed before and after NACT in 11 patients with HGSOC. The effect of NACT on two major cell components of the tumour microenvironment, epithelial cells and CD8+T cells, was investigated.
